When making the transition to executive coaching, I wanted to find a better way by integrating evidence-based approaches with practical leadership experience and building a track record of coaching across diverse cultures and industries.

Coaching Experience

Since becoming a full-time professional coach, I have been working for 10 years in a private practice, specialising in supporting leaders in media, tech, and founder-led businesses, alongside various associate coaching roles, three years as an in-house coach, and spent time delivering training to develop future coaches. 

 

I am passionate about helping people achieve results through executive coaching by applying relevant, evidence-based coaching approaches from psychology, the social sciences, change theory, and the study of human performance. 

 

In my private practice, I have been trusted by over 450 leaders across five continents and 50 organisations to facilitate change. Surveys across 1,000 digital coaching sessions show I consistently achieve a client satisfaction rating of 4.9 out of 5, which is well above industry benchmarks. 

 

Feedback from coaching sessions highlights my strengths in deep listening, insightful questioning, and coaching frameworks, which enable individuals to gain clarity, reframe challenges, and drive meaningful change. My coaching style fosters a strong rapport and creates a safe space for open and impactful conversations. By tailoring discussions to professional goals, I help clients synthesise ideas, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop actionable strategies. An ability to adapt to different contexts, provide practical tools, and encourage self-reflection ensures that clients from diverse backgrounds leave sessions with clear takeaways and the motivation to apply their learnings.

Leadership Experience

Executive coaching balances your professional development while supporting you in achieving organisational goals. I have 20 years of leadership experience, including 14 years at an executive level in strategic and operational roles within global and start-up media organisations.

 

During this time, I have also led some of the largest and most complex advertising accounts. This experience involves navigating complex stakeholder environments and leading teams to address strategic, commercial, and operational challenges. 

 

As a coach, I foster trust through understanding and help leaders navigate organisational change, supporting them in solving adaptive challenges. Helping to clarify challenges, identify barriers and notice the patterns, allowing for more targeted coaching interventions. Taking a systemic approach, I assist leaders in exploring interdependencies and how to operationalise their solutions.
