Before transitioning to executive coaching, I spent 25 years in global and startup marketing services companies, with 14 years in executive-level leadership roles. This corporate experience supporting leaders and managers sparked this coaching career, which aims to help people realise their professional ambitions and thrive in complexity, uncertainty and change.
Throughout my professional journey as a leader and coach, I have witnessed firsthand how unhelpful thoughts and emotions can erode our resilience and problem-solving abilities, ultimately undermining our leadership potential. I help leaders navigate challenging situations without getting caught in unproductive narratives or emotions, allowing them to be more flexible in their thinking and behaviour to focus on what truly matters.
