Find a Better Way 

I work with founders, executives, and leadership teams in media, tech, and founder-led businesses at moments where growth, pressure, and complexity expose the limits of existing leadership approaches.

 

As an executive coach, I bring together three worlds:

 

  1. Evidence-based coaching grounded in psychology and adult development theory

  2. Lived executive leadership experience in media and tech businesses

  3. Extensive professional coaching experience working across cultures and industries. 

 

My coaching is developmental rather than prescriptive. There is no one-size-fits-all model, because leadership does not operate in a vacuum. Context, relationships, power, identity, and pressure shape it.

 

At the centre of my work is helping leaders find a better way through the development of psychological flexibility—the capacity to remain grounded, think clearly, and act intentionally even in the face of complexity, emotion, and uncertainty. This capability underpins the empathy, adaptability, and resilience required of 21st-century leaders.

My Professional Path

A consistent theme runs through my career: a drive to find a better way.

 

I began as a strategist in advertising, fascinated by how people think, behave, and make decisions. That curiosity shaped my early work in media, where anticipating change mattered.

 

Over time, my career progressed into senior leadership roles, including Partner and COO positions within marketing services businesses. In these roles, I experienced firsthand the realities of leading in fast-moving, founder-led and global organisations—navigating scale, pressure, competing priorities, and the human impact of constant change.

 

Those experiences taught me that leadership effectiveness is rarely just about technical knowledge, skills and experience. It is about how leaders respond when certainty is low, emotions are present, and the stakes are high.

How I Work

With increasing use of AI for addressing professional challenges, I offer developmental coaching that leads to sustained behaviour change, which is a profoundly human experience. Feedback from 1,650 digital coaching sessions highlights my strengths in deep listening, insightful questioning, and coaching that enable individuals to gain clarity, reframe challenges, and make meaningful change. 

 

My coaching style fosters strong rapport and creates a safe space for open, impactful conversations. With coaching approaches tailored to professional goals, I help clients synthesise ideas, challenge assumptions, and develop actionable strategies. 

 

With the experience and ability to adapt to different contexts, provide relevant coaching strategies, and encourage self-reflection, it ensures that clients from diverse backgrounds leave sessions feeling resourceful, with clear takeaways and the motivation to apply their learnings.

 

Much of my work happens at inflection points—when the business is evolving faster than the leadership system supporting it.
