I work with founders, executives, and leadership teams in media and tech at moments when growth, pressure, or complexity expose the limits of existing leadership approaches.

 

My coaching brings together three things:

 

  1. Lived senior leadership experience in media and tech businesses

  2. Coaching grounded in psychology and adult development theory (MSc in Coaching Psychology)

  3. Over a decade of professional coaching practice, working across cultures, industries, and leadership stages

 

This combination of practical leadership experience, rigorous coaching methods, and genuine depth of practice is what makes the work effective.

My Professional Path

I started my career as an advertising strategist, curious about how people think, behave, and make decisions. Over time, my career progressed to senior leadership roles: Partner, COO, and CSO/MD within Publicis Groupe and other media and marketing services businesses.

 

Those roles taught me something that no qualification can fully replicate: what it feels like to lead in a fast-moving organisation, managing growth, competing priorities, and the human impact of constant change. That experience is part of every coaching conversation.

 

I came into coaching because, in my own experience and in observing others, leadership effectiveness is rarely about technical knowledge. It’s about how leaders respond when certainty is low, emotions are present, and the stakes are high.

How I Work

My coaching style is calm, direct, and focused. Feedback captured from 1,650 digital coaching sessions highlights strengths in deep listening and helping clients gain clarity, reframe challenges, and build momentum.

 

I create a high-trust environment where it’s safe to think out loud, challenge assumptions, and work on what matters. The conversations are practical and grounded, focused on real-world challenges rather than abstract models.

 

Much of my work happens at inflection points: when the business is evolving faster than the leadership system supporting it.
