A BIT ABOUT ME
When I looked back on my career so far, one theme stood out: I’ve always been driven to find a better way.
I began as a strategist in advertising, fascinated by how people think and behave, and discovering new ways to connect with consumers. That same drive to find a better way fuelled my leadership journey — from leading teams to serving as COO of a marketing services business — helping me navigate the paradoxes and tensions of leadership.
Today, I help leaders and teams find a better way to thrive in the face of complexity and change. I coach leaders in media, tech, and founder-led businesses who share that same drive to improve, evolve, and create meaningful impact.​
