HOW I WORK

I'm Andrew. A coach with Partner and COO leadership experience in startup and global marketing services, a grounding in coaching psychology, and over a decade of coaching founders and leaders globally. Accredited (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation. Trusted by 500 leaders across 65 organisations globally, with a 4.9/5 satisfaction rating across 1,650 recorded sessions.

Compounding leadership is something I know from the inside; early in my leadership career, feedback revealed my drive for achievement was coming at a cost to the motivation of those around me. That gap between what I was delivering and what my behaviour was costing became the foundation of why I coach.

Change the Code is a coaching programme I have developed over the last decade, built on three principles and designed for founders and leaders in fast-moving organisations:

  • Start Inside. Make Change Stick. The beliefs driving behaviour are made explicit. Shift what's underneath, and everything else follows.

  • Small and Deliberate. Every Day. Small, consistent improvements practised over time compound into leadership that holds and scales.
