SEE MORE POSSIBILITIES

Hello! I am Andrew, Founder and Coach of Andrew Sherman Executive Coaching. A coaching practice that specialises in supporting leaders and teams in fast-moving industries like media, tech and founder-led businesses.

Amid unprecedented change, I help people find a better way by strengthening psychological flexibility so they can see more possibilities in the moments that matter.

Psychological flexibility is the capacity to remain effective even in the face of uncertainty, emotion, and rapid change. This capability underpins the empathy, adaptability, and resilience required of 21st-century leaders.

In complex, high-growth environments, leaders often default to familiar patterns when uncertainty rises. Under pressure, unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and biases can narrow perspective, reduce decision quality, and limit leadership impact.

I help leaders and teams evolve how they lead—not just what they do.

This is deliberately developmental coaching with no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solutions. My coaching approach supports leaders in understanding how they make sense of their experiences, regulate themselves under pressure, and respond intentionally to the demands of their roles and contexts.

My commitment is to bring you coaching grounded in psychology, combined with the benefit of lived leadership experience and extensive professional coaching globally across different cultures and industries, to help you find a better way.

Let’s connect to see if there is a good fit.

About

I began my career as an advertising strategist, curious about how people think and make decisions, before moving into leadership roles in media and marketing services businesses. That experience—leading through growth, pressure, and change—ultimately led me into executive coaching.

Why work with me?

  • I bring 15 years of experience in executive leadership roles in founder-led and global marketing services organisations

  • With 10 years of professional coaching across private practice, associate, and in-house roles

  • In my coaching practice, I have been trusted by over 500 leaders across 65 organisations to help find a better way

  • Surveys conducted over 2 years across 1,650 digital coaching sessions consistently rate 4.9 out of 5 for client satisfaction

  • My coaching is evidence-based, supported by two coaching-related master’s degrees and multiple certifications

  • I uphold the highest professional and ethical standards, with a PCC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, and attend monthly coaching supervision.

Clients describe a calm, thoughtful, and impactful approach—someone who listens deeply, challenges productively, and helps leaders operationalise their thinking in a positive and safe coaching alliance.

Whether you’re shaping culture, managing rapid growth, or redefining your role, I’ll help you cut through noise, challenge assumptions, and find a way forward that aligns with your values and goals.
