I’m Andrew, an executive coach specialising in coaching leaders and teams in media, tech and founder-led businesses.

My coaching brings together three things that are rarely found in one place: lived experience in senior leadership roles in media and tech, a grounding in coaching psychology (MSc), and over a decade of coaching leaders and teams globally. I’m professionally accredited by the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and have worked with over 500 leaders across 65 organisations.

I work with founders and leaders in media, tech, and founder-led businesses at the moments that matter most. When the business is scaling faster than the leadership, when pressure is distorting judgment, or when what worked before has quietly stopped working.
Most leadership development works from the outside in. New behaviours, new frameworks, new habits. My approach goes in the opposite direction. Lasting change begins with understanding what is driving the pattern. The belief or identity that made someone exceptional and is now quietly creating the ceiling. Everything else follows from that clarity.
A significant part of this work happens under pressure. Founders and leaders in media and tech operate in environments of sustained uncertainty, from scaling challenges to the pace of AI-driven change. Pressure narrows perspective, accelerates reactive behaviour, and erodes the quality of decisions and relationships. I help leaders stay grounded, think clearly, and lead intentionally when the stakes are highest.
From there, the work extends naturally outward. To understand how leaders build trust with their teams, create the conditions for others to step up, and shape the culture and systems that either enable the business to scale or quietly hold it back.
